Ziaul Pavel
Ziaul Pavel is the founder and President of Immex Consultancy. He is a veteran officer of the Bangladesh Armed forces. He has 20+ years of experience in all aspects of Human Resource Management, Operations Management and Accounting in a variety of industries including manufacturing and aerospace and property/facility management. He has an MBA in Human Resources management and a degree in accounting. He has worked in various Government and private sector organizations in Bangladesh and Canada. Mr. Pavel also has over 5 years of experience consulting with investors, students and skilled professionals on investing, finding employment and settling in Canada.
Nazmus Shaydut Naheed
Md. Nazmus Shaydut Naheed is a Relationship Manager for Immex Consultancy. He is stationed in Dhaka and is responsible for developing client relationships in Bangladesh. Md. Nazmus Shaydut Naheed is a Social Development worker and having experience in HR and Admin focused on Monitoring and Evaluation, Expertise in Communications and public relation. He liaises with clients, customers, and businesses to get projects done. With over 11 years in both private and social development sectors, Nazmus has experience in management programs, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration. Md. Nazmus Shaydut holds Masters of Social Science from Jahangirnagar University and Masters of Development Studies from BRAC University.
